Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for items shipped within the UK, and airmail option for any other country outside of the UK.
Despatch time is dependent on the lead time at the time of order. Our current lead time is 10-15 working days from receipt of order. Any requests for expedited orders will incur a 25% surcharge on all items.
Please allow an appropriate time for the parcels to be delivered to your destination. For parcels travelling to other countries please note this can take several weeks.
We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any external delivery delays caused to the post-service in the UK or elsewhere. We would always recommend that you order an item well in advance of any special occasion, especially at busy times e.g Christmas
Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds
If you do receive a damaged item, please retain all relevant documentation so that you can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. We would advise taking photos of the damaged item, the box it arrived in and the label as soon as possible.
Please be aware that damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier, not the shipper. If you receive goods in damaged condition, that you deem as of unmerchantable quality, you must notify the carrier immediately (Please be aware that most carriers have certain time limits on claims and therefore you should seek to make a claim as soon after delivery as possible).
Refunds will not be made on damaged items.
Refunds will not be made on personalised items.
In the case of refunds which are not as above, please contact us for advice on how to send the item back to us as safely as possible.
