Payment’s
All payments need to be made before you attend any events or courses put on by Monos Ltd and also before we will issue you with membership username and password for our member area.
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment on any of the courses or workshops we offer.
Cancellation
According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven working days from receipt of goods or services. This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request in writing to us at our address or by email and, at your cost return any received materials in a satisfactory and reasonable condition.
Privacy statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure. We will not disclose your details to any person, unless you have given your consent or we are compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by any law enforcement agency or government authority.
Furthermore, by using our website you agree that we can contact you about our services or any promotional offers.
